Medical and Health Materials Industrial Park

Nanping City Jianyang District Medical and Health Materials Industrial Park is a high-end medical and health professional park that Jianyang District has built with great effort based on the strategic layout of "new quality productive forces" and the "leading dragon traction + cluster development" model. It is also the first full-chain industrial base in the country that integrates "high-end ES fibers - high-quality thermal non-woven fabrics - terminal personal care products".

The park is located in the Jianyang Economic Development Zone, with a planned land area of 2,000 acres and a total investment exceeding 10 billion yuan. It is expected to achieve an annual output value of nearly 40 billion yuan upon full completion. After five years of meticulous cultivation, the park has gathered more than 41 enterprises, forming a synergistic industrial ecosystem of "R&D - production - supporting services". The park adheres to the path of "leading enterprises driving, chain development", and focuses on building a highland for medical and health material industry: upstream, Minrui Shares, as the chain leader, focuses on ES fibers for hygiene materials, successfully commercializing 0.4 denier ultra-fine fibers, breaking foreign monopolies, with an annual production capacity of 105,000 tons, ranking third in the world; in the middle stream, represented by Weisheng New Materials, it produces high-end hot air non-woven fabrics, with the widest production line in the country; downstream, it gathers nursing care products and supporting enterprises such as Odim, forming a complete industry chain and supporting cluster. The park, with its large scale and leading technology, is committed to creating a "Global Capital of High-End Composite Fibers". In terms of capital empowerment, Huamin Lianxin, in conjunction with local state-owned capital, has established a 1 billion yuan industry fund and a 700 million yuan science and innovation fund, innovatively constructing a dual-wheel drive pattern of "investment attraction + chain leader traction". Taking the construction of the Procter & Gamble industrial chain as the core strategic fulcrum, it deeply releases the magnetic effect of the chain leader enterprise Minrui Shares. By precise investment, it leverages capital to focus on key links, attracting upstream and downstream supporting enterprises to accelerate aggregation, forming a medical and health industry matrix covering the entire chain of "raw materials - production - application", achieving the fission effect of "introducing a leading enterprise, driving a string of chains, and gathering a cluster", and promoting the Jianyang medical and health industry to stride towards a hundred billion-level industrial cluster.
