Responsibilities

Seeking high-quality investment project opportunities and establishing a stable project sourcing system. Responsible for the due diligence and related reporting of the proposed investment projects' initiation and decision-making. Building financial models, conducting valuation and return analysis. For proposed investment projects, promoting investment negotiations, due diligence, signing of investment agreements, arranging investment funds, and assisting with equity and industrial and commercial changes. Establishing good relationships with industry professionals within the field, deeply understanding the industry chain, and exploring investment opportunities within the industry. Post-investment project tracking, assisting project leaders in post-investment management. Assisting in other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Responsibilities

Responsible for risk control and compliance management, improving the company's compliance and risk control systems, and implementing compliance management measures; responsible for the compliance control of the fund product establishment, fundraising, investment, management, and exit processes, maintaining a positive communication with regulatory authorities to ensure the effective implementation of the company's risk control and compliance work; responsible for legal due diligence and risk assessment of potential investment projects, issuing legal due diligence reports, risk and risk control reports, and other related legal compliance matters such as project investment structures; organizing and systematically following up on post-investment management work related to invested projects; 4. Keep track of laws and regulations, regulatory provisions, and timely interpret the latest regulatory policies, analyze and judge in combination with the actual situation of the company, and promptly propose opinions and suggestions on compliance and risk management work; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Responsibilities

Assist the Investment Department in completing enterprise value analysis, industry research, and other investment-related work for potential investment projects; participate in the organization of special case studies and related industry policy work; assist in completing other tasks assigned by superiors.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on local industries and economic analysis, carry out regional economic and key industry surveys, write research reports, and provide suggestions and support for local industrial development and fund investment layout; 2. Responsible for the daily operation support of the project approval committee and investment committee, including meeting preparation, agenda coordination, material pre-review and distribution, meeting organization and on-site recording, writing and organizing the minutes of the investment committee's resolutions, etc.; 3. Cooperate with the establishment of funds, including communication on fund structure, regulatory filing material organization, LP relationship maintenance, and other administrative support; 4. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
